


Cancellation Policy
We have a 24-hr cancellation policy, which is as follows: you will have until 6pm the day before your arrival to call and cancel your reservation. If you are staying for one night and you do not call to cancel and you do not show up, you will still be charged for that one night. If your reservation is for more than one night, and there is no call to cancel and you do not show up, then you will be charged for the first night and the rest of your stay will then be cancelled.
* Should you choose to use your debit card to register, funds in your account are authorized for the full amount of your entire stay, including tax, plus 20% to cover incidentals. Upon authorization, this amount is withheld and deducted from your checking account balance. The difference between the initial authorization and your final bill is released by your bank 5-10 business days after checkout. (The actual time may vary depending on your financial institution.
**If you are paying for someone else’s stay or someone else is paying for your stay, please contact the hotel directly to make the reservation as per hotel policy, this would require a Credit Card Authorization Form to be filled out.
